At VaVaVarium, we strive to provide you with the best possible shopping experience. We offer a combination of print-on-demand (POD) apparel and in-stock items. Our goal is to ensure that your orders are shipped efficiently and arrive promptly.

Shipping Times and Methods

Print-on-Demand Apparel:

These are items that are not created until the moment you order them. Please allow time for both the product to be printed and the carrier to deliver it to you.

  • Processing Time: 2-7 business days
  • Shipping Time:
    • Standard Shipping: 3-8 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days

In-Stock Items:

These are items that are in-stock on the shelf when you order them, pre-orders excepted. Your in-stock order will ship the next day, weekends and holidays excepted. 

  • Processing Time: 1-2 business days
  • Shipping Time:
    • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days

International Shipping:

  • Processing Time: 2-7 business days (for both POD and in-stock items)
  • Shipping Time:
    • Standard Shipping: 7-21 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 3-10 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the delivery method chosen. Costs will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order through the carrier's website or via our tracking page.

Split Shipments

Due to the nature of our products, your order may be shipped in multiple packages. Print-on-demand items will be shipped separately from in-stock items to ensure faster delivery.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered and you have not received it, please contact the carrier to file a claim. We will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.

Address Errors

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We will request the package be delivered to the exact address you enter upon checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense.

Delays

While we strive to meet our shipping estimates, there may be delays due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or customs processing. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
